What kind of products do you offer?
We specialize in authentic Western and equestrian gear, including leather accessories, cowboy hats, belts, bags, equestrian tack like headstalls and breast collars, fly protection, and Western-style clothing for both adults and children.
Are your products authentic and durable?
Absolutely. Just like a trusty steed, our products are built to last. We use high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship to ensure every item meets the high standards of the cowboy way of life.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. We check, pack, and ensure everything is up to snuff before it leaves our warehouse in Oklahoma City.
What shipping options do you offer?
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 days after shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do, partner! We ship globally to most regions. However, due to some logistical challenges, we are unable to ship to parts of Asia and some remote areas. If you’re unsure, just reach out to us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your gear on its journey right to your doorstep.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders faster and saves your information for next time.

What is your return policy?
We stand by our products. If you’re not satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a defect or our error, we’ll cover the shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
