If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with the same care we put into crafting our western gear.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hats (Felt Hats and Caps)
  • Fly Protection products
  • Grooming products
  • Hay Bags
  • Breast Collars
  • Halters/Leads
  • Headstalls

Note: All sales on these items are final due to hygiene and safety considerations.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your RMA email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll process your return and then place a new order for the desired item. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
