Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Times: We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:

- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
- Cost: Free!
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates and can vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Weaver Leather, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible, all merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety considerations. All sales on these items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include your RMA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA email. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Information: Your satisfaction is our priority.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
