4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping Areas: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible, merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hats (including Felt Hats and Caps)
• Fly Protection products
• Grooming products
• Hay Bags
• Breast Collars
• Halters/Leads
• Headstalls

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack the item with original packaging and tags, including RMA number
4. Ship to the address provided in your RMA email

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
